Parallels Desktop Support sucks


Hi,

I’m a strong believer in Parallels Desktop and I really like the experience working with this application. After I updated to Parallels 5 I experience an issue using Microsoft Outlook in my virtual machine in combination with attachments I’m choosing from my Mac-Desktop. All the time when I try to insert a picture from the Mac-Desktop-Folder into my E-Mail in Outlook I’m getting the error message:

Cannot find ‘file://applicationss/Parallels%20Desktop.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Parallels%20Desktop%20Help/tab_toc.htm’. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.

Once I click OK, Outlook freezes 20 seconds and gives me other messages about missing files.
So I tried using forums with no luck. After getting crazy with this issue I bought a ticket on Parallels website to be able to create  a ticket. I got an Order Confirmation Number from Elements5. I’ve added it to the ticket system and nothing happened. I tried opening an E-Mail ticket with the Order Number in the “Support-Code”-Field. When trying to send the ticket I’m getting the error message: Not valid partner code.

I know it’s hard for a software company dealing with bugs, but avoiding any customer contact is really frustrating.
